The cleanliness

There are such small repairs that simply cannot be fixed

We were only there for three nights, but everything we wanted to achieve was super easy to reach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food plentiful

I must say, the stairs everywhere are an absolute nightmare, and my "view" was more of a ceiling than anything. The staff was shockingly indifferent, and it was quite astonishing that they didn't offer any upgrade or complimentary service for my suffering. I wanted to commend them, but sadly couldn't. Total waste, really.

Nice big room with a lekker shower-two heads and good pressure! The staff were so friendly, especially the chommies at the breakfast area. Brekkie was a treat, loved the variety!

Just be ready for a serious stair workout. Could be tough for those not fit enough.

The room was very spacious and also the breakfast was rich.

The hotel is located on a very busy and noisy road. The noise can be heard down to the last room.

Be prepared for the stairs. Accessing rooms can be quite a workout, not ideal if you're not in the best shape or dealing with knee issues. One of the three pools was closed, and although the noise from some late-night guests was a bit of a nuisance, it didn't completely ruin the experience. Breakfast could use some variety, and the beds, while clean, left a bit to be desired in terms of comfort.

The nice and ideal location was close to The Baray Spa. The staff was really helpful and attentive providing the information. Had a well-appointed double room, which allowed us to enjoy astonishing view of sunrise and sunset....  

It was quiet and located very near to the Karon Beach

The Staff were not very friendly.

Bathroom was humid, but I loved the cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Lovely hotel to relax at - good location - away from all of the main noise but only 2 min walk to all of the street traders and restaurants and the beach etc. Karon beach nice - and town - lots of places to organise...  

My stay was overall a good experience, there are somethings that hotel can improve, especially on the service charges (exhorbitant at the moment, like Room Service charges, Wifi pricing). The hotel facilities close a little early given that it's a vacation place...  

Just a balanced option for a short weekend trip in Karon with good value. The sunset views from the terrace were fine. Plan to start your day early to enjoy the breakfast before it gets crowded.

Hotel restaurant is really good. Breakfast was sufficient and everything we ate was delicious. Last evening we had to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and Thai foods were the best of all Phuket. Not expensive!...
